What are your shipping charges?
Shipping anywhere in the Continental United States, varies from product to product and this will reflect in your shopping cart at checkout. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or international, please get into contact with us and we will figure pricing but we do ship worldwide.
What is your return policy?
Little Miss Liberty is considered a custom house. Therefore once a client has been approved on there order there are no returns or refunds.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges can only be made on items of equal or greater value and must be approved so give us a call at 541.964.5924 or email support@roundcribsonline.com and we will assist you in any we can.
Can you expedite my order? We will gladly rush any order so that it will ship within 10-14 business days of order entry. A 50% rush fee is applied to orders. Rush orders may not be cancelled. "Platinum Rush" shipping is available. Contact a sales associate at 541.964.5924 or sales@roundcribsonline.com for a rush quote.
What is your policy on items damaged in shipping?
Should damage occur during shipment, do not refuse any shipment. Leave the merchandise in the original container and contact a sales associate at 541.964.5924 within 3 days. We will assist you as to subsequent procedures.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders will arrive between 2-4 weeks from date of purchase but some items can take up to 6 weeks to arrive as these are custom products.
Do you ship internationally? Yes we do please call one of our sales associates for pricing.
